How it works
Know what happens before you request an intake review.
The process is designed to be clear, low-pressure, and fit-based. You can compare options, share basic context, and understand next steps without treating the website like a clinic, booking system, or guaranteed program.
This is not medical advice, a medical consultation, direct booking, or a guarantee of placement – just a clear look at what happens if you apply.
What this process protects
- ✓Your ability to compare options before sharing more context.
- ✓Your privacy and preference for lower-pressure communication.
- ✓Clear boundaries around medical advice, outcomes, and availability.
- ✓A guide-first path if you are still researching.
Quick answer
What happens after you request a review?
You share limited routine context, the request is reviewed manually, and the next step is either the guide, a follow-up question, or a fit-review response. The process does not collect payment, create an appointment, replace medical care, or guarantee placement.
The intake flow
Four steps, no pressure jump.
The goal is to help you move from research to a fit-based next step without forcing a premature commitment. Going through it should tell you whether this is worth pursuing at all – that is the actual point, not just paperwork.
Compare privately
Use the guide, the cost guide, and the resource library to understand the decision.
Share fit details
Submit basic goals, timeline, neighborhood, and support preferences.
Manual review
A real person looks at what you shared and matches it against a relevant next step – no automated scoring.
Choose the next step
You may continue with guide-first, compare-first, contact, or intake options.
After you submit
The best experience is confirmation, not confusion.
After you submit, you should see a clear confirmation – not get dropped back at the top of the page wondering if it went through. Here is what that looks like.
Clear receipt
A confirmation message or page tells you your request was received – no guessing.
Next-step clarity
The confirmation explains that a person reviews submissions; it will not tell you that you are accepted before that happens.
Useful redirect
A proper thank-you page or on-screen confirmation, not a jump back to the top like nothing happened.
What we ask for
Enough context to route the request, not medical detail.
Expect to share your name, email, general area, timeline, and what kind of support you are picturing – enough to route your request to the right next step. You will not be asked for a diagnosis, medication details, lab results, or anything from your medical history.
FAQ
Process questions.
Who is this page for?
Anyone who wants to know what actually happens before requesting a private intake review – what you will be asked, how long it takes to hear back, and what review actually means.
What does private coaching support usually include?
Accountability, routine planning, and follow-through support built around your schedule. It is not medical care – anything clinical goes to a licensed provider instead.
What does the intake review ask?
The basics needed to route your request well: your goal, timeline, general area, and the kind of support you are picturing. Nothing about diagnoses or medical history.
What should I expect after applying?
A confirmation that your request came through, followed by a response after manual review – usually a next step like the guide, a follow-up question, or a fit conversation. No automatic acceptance or booking.
Is this a clinic or medical service?
No. This process is educational and administrative. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Is this a direct appointment booking system?
Not currently. This is an intake-review and guide-download flow. Direct booking language would only show up once an actual scheduling system is live.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Neither the guide nor the intake-review request collects payment. Any coach or partner pricing gets discussed separately, later.
Why is there manual review?
So the next step you get actually fits your situation, instead of every submission being auto-accepted or booked regardless of fit.
